NINE PRO EOOD will store your personal data for no more than 1 (one) year after the expiration of the statute of limitations for possible claims in connection with the performance of the contracts and provision of the services we have concluded with you. The total statute of limitations according to Bulgarian legislation is 5 (years). In a number of cases, by virtue of the applicable legislation (e.g. Accounting Act, Tax and Insurance Procedural Code), we are obliged to store data for a longer period.

to request a copy of your personal data from NINE PRO EOOD and the right to access your personal data;
to request from NINE PRO EOOD your personal data in a form convenient for transfer to another administrator, or to request that we do so without being hindered by us;
to ask NINE PRO EOOD to correct your inaccurate personal data, as well as data that is no longer up-to-date, without undue delay;
